7We’re a small, made-to-order shop, and we want you to truly love what you receive. If something’s not right, we’re here to help—but because your items are created just for you, there are a few things to know.

We use a made-to-order model, which means we don’t hold inventory. Once you place your order, it’s sent to our production partners who carefully create your item just for you. This approach keeps waste low, quality high, and supports a more thoughtful supply chain. 

While we don't offer returns or exchanges for things like size or change-of-mind, we stand behind the quality of every item. If your order arrives with a printing defect or damaged, we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund.

To request a return, email us at info@rustledhaven.com with your order number and a brief explanation. 

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or with a printing defect, email us a description of the issue along with a photo of the product you received within 7 days (one week) of delivery. This will help us resolve the issue with our production partners.

What We Can’t Accept

Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Wrong size or color selection (please refer to the size guide for your product before purchasing)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items
